Two good ways to make it merry
Keep the collection.
Or simply enjoy the season.
The same thoughtful design, with a different way to bring it home. Your proposal makes ownership, service, and end-of-season details clear.
Choose what suits your season
Your traditions.
Your kind of convenience.
Want to build a collection of your own? Purchase the pieces in your proposal. Prefer a seasonal look without owning the decor? Explore a lease.
Use the tabs to compare what each direction means. Mixed ownership and specialty products depend on the approved design.
Clear before we create
No guessing about what stays.
Can I own the decorations?
Yes. A purchase proposal identifies the lights and decor that become yours. You can discuss future self-installation or a separately quoted return visit.
How is leasing different?
With a seasonal lease, the specified decorations remain Merry by Design’s property. The proposal defines the season, installation, removal, any storage, and return terms. Future seasons are not automatically included.
Is removal or storage automatically included?
No. The written proposal identifies what is included, what is separately priced, who stores purchased items, and how leased pieces are removed and returned.
Does a lease renew automatically?
Do not assume it does. Future seasons, availability, design changes, and renewal terms must be agreed in writing.
