Availability, products, installation, removal, maintenance, and storage are defined in your individual proposal. No date is reserved by saving a design.

A few thoughtful answers.
Can I own the decorations?
Yes. A purchase proposal identifies the lights and decor that become yours. You can discuss future self-installation or a separately quoted return visit.
How is leasing different?
With a seasonal lease, the specified decorations remain Merry by Design’s property. The proposal defines the season, installation, removal, any storage, and return terms. Future seasons are not automatically included.
Can I change the colors and theme?
Absolutely. Start with a preset or create a custom palette in a holiday’s design studio. Your saved brief includes those choices so the design conversation starts with your ideas.
Does the studio show my actual home?
No. The photographic scene and matching décor are AI-generated design concepts, not your property, completed client work or a promise of particular products. The same model-home image is used on both sides of the comparison. A final concept is developed around your space and an approved proposal.
Are prices or dates guaranteed online?
No. Size, access, products, design complexity, ownership choice, and scheduling all shape your proposal. A saved design brief is not a booking or a final quote.
